Will's Journey Update

Dear All
Will's position latest position is 12 58N 54 25W. Having been gybing/zigzagging across the direct route, for the last 24 hours he still has 300 miles to go before reaching Barbados. He should be in Bridgetown on Thursday sipping a cool bear & shaving off that big hairy beard!! Jacqui Friday, February 16

Dear All
Here is the latest update from Will and Aluffe. He is now well over halfway, approximately 880 miles from Barbados (for those of you plotting a position - 14 22N 44 10W). The weather has finally started to be a little kinder and the sea state much flatter, freeing Will up for a spot of sunbathing/reading. At this rate of progress he expects to be in Barbados on the 20th February. Best wishes to you all. Jacqui Tuesday, February 13

May 5 Miler

Hi All,
Just a quick note to let you all know that our May 5 miler will be held on Monday (bank holiday) May 7th.
As last year it will start and finish at Pennygillam ind est, with the race HQ at Launceston AFC.
The course is a fast left handed single lap road course. The start and finish will be traffic free, along with some small changes out on the course, which include re-siting the drink station, and a safer system for runners on the first roundabout over the A30.
We will have a good trophy list, as well as good awards, and i'm sure some freebies.
Entry forms will be available at the next GP race, and we hope to welcome some of you on May 7th.
