Dear All

Please find attached the entry form for the Frank Elford Sports Autumn Trail Run. This year will be the very last running of this popular 8 mile trail race and the organisers are hoping to attract 1000 runners to the event. Proceeds from the event will be donated to St Lukes Hospice, Please distribute this form around your clubs and add to websites etc.
